Talk!
It’s a great tip for most scenarios, and explaining your thoughts to colleagues, family, or friends is a great way to air your concerns. In turn, they’ll gain a better understanding of your reservations, and they can help you to seek ways to make processes friendlier!
Share your opinion
Finding the confidence to do this can be a barrier in itself. Sharing an opinion doesn't mean you have to be the centre of attention! Think about alternative ways of communicating – you could write your thoughts down, put them into an email, or ask a trusted colleague to raise your thoughts on your behalf!
Ask for help!
No matter how old we are, we all need a helping hand from time-to-time. Asking questions is a sure-fire way of finding the right answers, and also picking up other useful information along the way!
