Welcome to the Engagement team! Our job is to help you get setup with your Every system and ensure you have everything you need in order to get started smoothly on your system for the first time, and we aim to regularly contact you to ensure you and your staff are continually using our system in the best way possible.

I’m going to be your Implementation Owner throughout your full implementation process. You can come to me for any support you need on your Every system and I’ll be more than happy to support you along the way.

What is a 'fact-finding' call and how do I book mine in?
A few days after you have purchased your implementation package your Implementation Specialist will attempt to do a fact-finding call with you. This call will give us an understanding of your needs from the system so we can tailor a plan to suit you and from there we can give you the best training to get you set up. You can book your call in via the booking form below.
Use the booking form to the right to fill in your details and book in a call with your Implementation Specialist. All you need to do is choose a date and time that works for you, enter the best details to contact you on and your Implementation Specialist will be in touch.

Follow-up calls
Three months after you have completed your implementation we will aim to contact you so we can go address any problems you feel you are having with the system and to check that the system is still meeting your needs.
During this time we will also try and work with you to discuss booking further training in so we can ensure that everyone using the system is familiar with how to use it as well as what it can be used for.
